Yellow price comparison
Paz's Yellow shops sit at filling stations and junctions, built for a quick stop rather than a weekly shop. On a trip like that it is easy to pay more without noticing, simply because nobody compares over two carrier bags. Kniham makes it a second's work: scan the barcode and see the price here against the same product in a supermarket.
Where the chain came from
Yellow are the forecourt shops of Paz, which until October 2024 was called Paz Oil Company. Paz is Israel's largest energy group, runs about 270 filling stations, and handles its food retail through Yellow, Super Yuda and Fresh Market.
How the prices reach us
This chain publishes its branch prices on a shared price-publication site, where most of the publications we read also sit. The price shown is the last one we have read for the branch you picked.

What you can do in the app
- Scan before you pay, so you know what the convenience is costing.
- The same product at a supermarket a few minutes away can carry a very different price.
- A slip road is not where the signal is good, and the list works there anyway.

Common questions
Is comparing even worth it at a convenience shop?
For a single item, usually not. But if you shop there a few times a week, it is worth knowing where the gap is unusually large.
Do Yellow and Fresh Market belong to the same company?
Both are Paz Retail and Energy, but they are different kinds of shop with separate price lists.
Are Yellow and Fresh Market related?
Yes. Both are run by Paz Retail and Energy and publish under the same company. Yellow are the forecourt shops; Fresh Market is the supermarket chain.
